The Skeleton Keys
During this project, I tasked myself with creating a cohesive series of flyers that allowed me to explore typography, color, and image manipulation. The flyers' concept was based on The Skeleton Keys: a fictional punk band consisting of members Sinclaire, Rhea, Ameera, Taylor, and Sahar who are advertising their first live concert to fans in the Cincinnati area.
Research
While finding inspiration for the posters, I searched through various band flyers- particularly those made for screen printing by rock and/or punk bands.

Digital Iterations
While working through digital iteration inspired by my previously refined sketches, I explored various layout opportunities and color combinations.

Final Designs
The final flyer designs moved away from the CMYK color scheme of many previous attempts and focused more on a limited color palette that allowed for a more readable design that was still exciting to the viewer with cohesive compositions.
